Day School
Located at Puppy Love Pet Care Centre
Are you struggling to set up training sessions with your work schedule, or would you like us to train your dog for you? Dog Day school is the perfect option for you. This program is designed for you to drop off your dog in the morning and pick them up in the evening- no overnights required! We will work with them daily and focus the training on your dog’s needs.
Who is it for?
Those whose dog would benefit from a more intensive period of training sessions or for those who don’t have the availability for daytime sessions
Where do we train?
Our partner – Puppy Love Care Pet Care Centre – is located in a rural setting on five acres near Island View Beach and Provincial Park
About your training package
- Training is done Monday – Friday (weekend sessions may be available depending on the trainer’s availability)
- Dave Tomey, Emma Cilliers or Meg Sorley do training.
- A refresher session is included after your initial booking and every 3 additional sessions. In this session, you and your dog return to Puppy Love, and our trainers show you what was worked on during the stay.

Daycare packages
Standard package ($42/day) includes:
- Private Yard time 3x day
Gold package ($47/day) includes:
- Private yard time 2x day
- Playschool daily
Training pricing
- Training is $300 minimum (2 days of dayschool), and each additional session is $150.
- Payment for training is due in full upon reservation
- Day school boarding is paid separately and paid directly to Puppy Love

Puppy Love Pet Care Centre
The property has been home to a boarding kennel for over 50 years. The facility provides a clean, fresh-air environment, essential for your pet’s good health. A daily record is maintained for each pet and our qualified staff are always on the alert for potential problems.
Puppy Love is exclusively an individual boarding facility. Whether indoors or playing outside, dogs from different families are never mixed to reduce stress and eliminate the possibility of injury due to fighting or roughhousing.
Staff
All managerial staff are Certified Kennel Technicians and we are a member of the Pet Care Services Association, formerly ABKA
